These conditions regulate the purchase of products and/or services offered throughwww.tecnocana.esby users or customers.

Placing an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

3. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY

All products offered on the website include a description as accurate as possible.

Product availability is subject to stock. In case of stock shortage after purchase, the customer will be informed and a refund or replacement will be processed as appropriate.

4. PRICES

All prices are indicated in euros (€).
They include legally applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise.
Shipping costs will be displayed before completing the purchase.
TecnOcaña reserves the right to change prices at any time, always respecting the confirmed price on orders already placed.

5. PURCHASE PROCESS

Complete the billing and shipping information.
Expressly accept these Terms and Conditions.
Make the payment using the available methods.

Once the order is confirmed, the customer will receive a confirmation email.

6. PAYMENT METHODS

7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery time will depend on the destination and the carrier.
TecnOcaña will not be responsible for delays caused by external factors (transportation, force majeure, etc.).
The customer must verify the condition of the order upon receipt.

8. RETURN POLICY

The customer may request returns in accordance with current legislation.

General conditions:

The product must be returned in perfect condition.
The original packaging should be retained whenever possible.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or there is an error attributable to TecnOcaña.

9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the consumer has14 calendar daysfrom the receipt of the order to withdraw from the purchase without the need for justification.

To exercise this right, you must communicate it by email to the indicated contact address.

Customized, perishable products or those legally exempt are excluded.

10. WARRANTIES

All products come with the applicable legal warranties in accordance with Spanish regulations.

In the case of a defective product, TecnOcaña will proceed with repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract resolution as appropriate.
